Students and Faculty FACEOFF!

During United Way Week, to raise money for the cause, the Students played some of the Eighth Grade Center's most athletic teachers in VERY competitive game of basketball.

The Student/Faculty basketball game is an annual event.  Both students and teachers take winning the game very seriously--in order to have bragging rights throughout the year.

The student team challenged the teachers to make the game a dog fight.

Alas, the teachers the game in the end and remain undefeated against the students.

The teachers were also treated to a tour of the NEW 8th fine arts classrooms and athletic areas.

These two students were excited to show off the new athletic area of the 8th Grade Center.

With only a few more days to prepare, teachers gather all their supplies and books so they can be ready with welcoming SMILES when students arrive on their first day to the Union Eighth Grade Center.
